Additional policies and agreements may apply to particular activities, including:
If a specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement will govern the activity to which it applies.

03
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account, place an order, join the affiliate program, or use any service requiring a contractual commitment.
Although some books are written for children and families, purchases and customer accounts must be completed or supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- You are legally permitted to make the purchase.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The purchase is for a lawful purpose.
04
Customer Accounts
Certain website features may allow or require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your account information updated.
- Use a secure and unique password.
- Prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
05
Products and Availability
CDJ Enterprises may offer physical books, ebooks, audiobooks, bundles, downloadable materials, educational resources, and other products or services.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, formats, prices, and availability accurately. However:
- Screen displays may not reproduce colors exactly.
- Product packaging or presentation may change.
- Minor variations may occur between editions or printings.
- Availability may change without advance notice.
- Images may include illustrative presentation elements.
A product marked “Coming Soon,” “Preorder,” “Unavailable,” or similar is not available for immediate shipment unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
We may modify, discontinue, limit, or replace a product at any time, subject to fulfilling accepted orders or issuing an appropriate refund.
06
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may review an order before accepting or fulfilling it.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order when:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorized or verified.
- Pricing or product information contains a clear error.
- The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized.
- The shipping address cannot reasonably be served.
- The order violates a product limit or promotional condition.
- Completing the order would violate applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
07
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or during checkout. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not normally affect an order already accepted.
The final checkout amount may include:
- The product price.
- Applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes.
- Shipping charges.
- Permitted discounts or coupon adjustments.
- Other charges clearly disclosed before payment.
You are responsible for reviewing the complete order total before submitting payment.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout. Your use of a payment provider may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
You authorize us and the payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the final order amount.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or administrative error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price.
08
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, estimated processing times, delivery options, costs, tracking information, and geographic restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy and during checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
When an unexpected delay prevents shipment within the promised time, we will address the delay and any required consent or refund in accordance with applicable law.
09
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Return eligibility, damaged-item claims, refund procedures, cancellation rules, exclusions, and applicable deadlines are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy .
Any rights provided by that policy are in addition to non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under law.
Refunds approved by CDJ Enterprises will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
10
Digital Products
CDJ Enterprises may offer ebooks, audiobooks, downloadable guides, educational materials, or other digital products.
Unless the product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use that product for lawful personal purposes.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute a digital product.
- Upload it to public or file-sharing platforms.
- Share access credentials or download links.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
- Create unauthorized derivative or competing products.
- Use the product for unlawful or commercially exploitative purposes.
Because digital products can be delivered immediately, return and cancellation rights may differ from those applicable to physical products, subject to applicable law.
11
Promotions, Coupons, and Special Offers
Promotions, coupons, bundles, giveaways, or special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Offers cannot be combined.
- Offers have no cash value.
- Offers may have geographic or product restrictions.
- Expired offers will not be honored.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- Resale, duplication, or misuse of codes is prohibited.
We may cancel or restrict a promotion where fraud, manipulation, technical error, or material abuse is reasonably suspected.
12
Affiliate Relationships and Disclosures
CDJ Enterprises operates an affiliate program through which approved partners may earn commissions for qualifying referrals.
A referral commission does not ordinarily increase the price paid by a customer unless the website clearly states otherwise.
Affiliate participation is governed by the Affiliate Partner Agreement .
The website may also contain links associated with third-party affiliate or commercial relationships. Relevant relationships will be disclosed as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
13

Rights, licensing, translation, adaptation, educational-use, and republication inquiries should be submitted through our Contact page.
15
User Submissions and Communications
When you submit a review, message, inquiry, testimonial, comment, photograph, or other material, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit it.
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- It does not violate another person’s rights.
- It is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or defamatory.
Submitting a private inquiry does not grant us the right to publish it publicly.
Where you specifically authorize public use of submitted content, you grant CDJ Enterprises a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, format, and use that content for the authorized purpose.
Unsolicited creative submissions
Unless CDJ Enterprises has announced a formal submission process, we do not invite unsolicited manuscripts, book proposals, story ideas, scripts, illustrations, or other creative materials.
Do not send confidential creative material unless CDJ Enterprises has agreed in writing to review it.
16
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to independent services, including payment processors, shipping providers, video platforms, social networks, retailers, and other websites.
We do not control independent third-party websites or their availability, security, content, products, policies, or business practices.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
